Be specific as to your likes and dislikes in the photo(s) i.e. you like your hair in photo (a) but, like your make-up in photo (b) – no problem as our artists can handle all your requests. Have a specific type of background in mind, just let us know. Your digital photo's can be sent via email and original hard copy photos can be scanned and returned to you.

Our artists paint and send you a preview.



You review (modify) the painting and approve it.



We deliver/ship the final Museum Quality painting to you.


1. EMAIL THE PHOTO:
You email the photo that you want to turn into a painting, choose type and size, and pay only a 50% advance payment. Email photos to photos@sentimentalportraits.biz.

2. WE START PAINTING YOUR PHOTO:
Our artists specialize in different styles and mediums (oil, charcoal, pastel, etc). You choose the most suitable one for your needs.

3.WE INSPECT THE PAINTING:
After we have completed your painting from photo we inspect the painting. If it does not meet our Museum quality standards, it will be sent back for modification or sent to a different artist to be repainted.

4. WE EMAIL A PHOTO:
We EMAIL a photo of your painting to the web-site, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications. You will be informed by email that your hand painted portrait is waiting for you to review it.

5. WE PROCESS YOUR PAINTING FEEDBACK:
If you request for modifications, we will modify your hand painted portrait according to your suggestions. You will get a chance to review modifications online again once the modification is done.

6. YOU CONFIRM:
You confirm the hand painted portrait online via email. When confirming your painting, you will be asked to pay the balance.

7. WE DELIVER THE PAINTED PORTRAIT TO YOU:
Your hand painted portrait will be shipped, rolled in a tube to the address you have provided.
